Film blowing machine(to test dispersion of black masterbatch)

Melting point tester (to test the melting point of black masterbatch)

Electric blast drying oven (to test the moisture of black masterbatch)

Muffle furnace (to test the filler content of black materbatch)

In order to ensure the stability of product quality, the products we produce daily undergo severe testing, for example, products are tested for dispersion using film blowing machine and for blackness using injection molding machine and we also use melt flow rate apparatus to test the melt index etc.
